The training begins with the foundational "Spryker Bootcamp," which is then supplemented with specially crafted learning materials on either Frontend or Backend Development, or both, to deepen knowledge. Each training session accommodates groups of 2-6 developers, ensuring personalized and effective learning experiences.

Week 1
Self-enablement through the "Spryker Bootcamp" and accompanying documentation.
Weeks 2 and 3
Hands-on training with a trainer using Real World Challenges. These sessions are divided into several segments:
Practice
Participants tackle a progressively complex challenge together with the trainer.
Theory
Key theoretical concepts are taught, which are essential for mastering practical tasks.
Homework
Participants complete tasks independently, which are reviewed and discussed the following day.
