How do I navigate the platform?
Once logged in, use the User Menu button in the top left corner to navigate through the platform. If you click on the pencil button near to your name and email address, you will be able to change your personal info, password, preferences or review your Conditions of Use.
What training formats do you offer?
When you go to Course catalogues, you will find either e-Learning or Learning Plan, or ILT (Instructor-Led Training) options. ILT is a type of training that is conducted by a trainer, in a classroom. At the moment, only virtual classrooms (Zoom meetings) are available. E-learning courses are completely delivered online, do not involve instructors and do not require learners to attend them at the same time and from a physical location. Learning plan is a list of courses that a learner must follow in a specific order. A learning plan can contain an e-learning preparation course and an exam, for example.
Where do I find Terms and Conditions that I agreed to when creating an account?
You can find our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions in My Profile, Conditions of Use tab. Our Privacy Policy is available here, our Terms & Conditions can be found here. You need to be signed in to the account in order to view our policies.
How do I register for a free course?
When logged in to your account, go to the Course Catalogues from the top-left menu and choose a free course you’d like to take. After you click on the course, you will be able to read the course description and enroll yourself in the course by clicking on the Enrol button on the right.
How do I register for a paid course?
When logged in to your account, go to the Course Catalogues from the top-left menu and choose a paid course you’d like to take. The price of the course is stated on the course card in the catalogue. After you click on the course, you will be able to read the course description and enroll yourself in the course by clicking on the Add to Cart button on the right. For instructor-led courses, you will need to choose the session first. Once the training is added to your cart, you can view your cart and proceed to the checkout. Please note that if you are a partner and you have a voucher for your pre-paid training budget, you MUST NOT insert your voucher at this step. Partner training vouchers are not accepted by the system. We will check if there are any vouchers available based on your company and will apply it internally. On the checkout page you need to fill in your company billing information, agree with the Terms and Conditions of the service and confirm your order.
I am a manager and I am responsible for getting my colleagues trained on Spryker. How do I register them for courses and exams?
It is not possible to enroll people on their behalf and in bulk. If you have a group of people that need to do the same course, each of them should go to https://academy.spryker.com/learn/, create an account and register for the course.
I am a Spryker partner but I cannot see Spryker Sales courses for partners.

I’ve got a partner training voucher. How do I apply it?
If you have a partner training voucher for the prepaid training budget from your partner manager, please do not enter it during the registration. These vouchers will not be accepted by the system. After you register, we will review your registration and if your company has a prepaid budget, the cost will be run against your budget automatically and you won’t receive the invoice.
I registered for the course but the content is not available for me.
Each course registration should be approved by the Spryker Administrator. It may take up to 48 hours to approve your registration. After your request is approved, you will receive an email notification and the course content will be unlocked for you.
How can I pay for the courses?
The only available option right now is Invoice. When you register for a course, a system will ask you to enter your company billing information. The invoice for the training will be sent to the details that you specify here. After we receive your registration request, we will check if your company has any training offers or training budget available. If so, no invoice will be sent.
Do I need to enter credit card details during the registration?
No, we do not accept credit cards. The payment can be only done by the invoice that we will send to the company billing information that you specified during the registration.
I have completed the 2-week online Developer Foundations course. I have lost access to the materials.
The Developer Foundations course has been deprecated and thus removed from the platform. You won’t see it in the list of your courses. If you have completed this course, you may choose to request the access by writing an email to [email protected] .
How long will I have access to the content of the courses?
After you register, you will receive unlimited access to the training materials. Please note, however, that we may update the content of the course to reflect the changes in the product or we may choose to deprecate the whole course as outdated.
How often do you run ILT course sessions?
Usually, once per month. But it will depend on the demand and availability of trainers. If you don’t see a session in the list of available sessions, it means that the session is fully booked.
How can I register for an exam?
From the top-left menu, go to Spryker Academy Certification. Choose and click on the certification you’d like to take. Here you can read the information on the exam and add it to your cart.
Where can I see the dates when I can take a Spryker exam?
You are not restricted to a specific date, Spryker exams can be taken anytime when you feel ready. In order to guide you, we include the topics covered in the exam on the Course Description page. Each exam also contains the Exam Checklist lesson that will help you to understand if you are prepared to take the exam.
I failed. What should I do now?
No worries. In each exam we provide you with 2 attempts. Please note that you will need to wait 1 week before the retake will become available to you. If you fail the second attempt as well and want to purchase the exam again, please contact [email protected]
Hurray, I passed! Where can I download my certificate?
You will find the button to download your certificate if you go back to your exam, on the right of your screen. You can download your certificate and share it with your colleagues, on social media, etc.
Where can I check the expiry and issue date of my certificate?
You can download your certificate on the exam page, the issue and expiry dates are specified in the bottom right corner of the certificate. Also, you can navigate to My Activities from the User Menu at the top left corner and check your certification information in the Certification tab.
I earned a certificate on the old platform. Where can I find it now?
All the certificates that you earned on the old platform will remain available at https://www.credential.net/ . You can enter your email address here in order to retrieve all your certificates that were issued to you on the old platform.
